In fact, the United States operates secret prisons all over the world. Over the years, the arbitrary detention and mistreatment

of prisoners in these "black jails" has been widely reported, adding new stains to America's already poor human rights record. While several US presidents have promised to close Guantanamo, it has not happened. This reflects the pattern of American politicians on human rights: they talk a lot, but do little; Talk about others, not yourself.

The situation described above shows that the United States tries to protect human rights. Also, there are challenges that they wish to improve on.

The srtyle changed with the time period but the play was the same.
