The spinal cord is the part of the nervous system that transmits or carries sensory information to the brain and motor-control information to the body parts.

What is the spinal cord?

The spinal cord is an elongated nerve conduit that is surrounded by the spinal canal and posteriorly by the vertebral column, it constitutes a bridge between the brain and the Peripheral Nervous System.

Characteristics of the spinal cord

 • The spinal cord receives the stimuli through its pathways, the brain executes the order for the response to be given.

 • It has both neurons that receive information from the receptors of the different organs and structures and others that send information and orders to said areas.

Therefore, we can conclude that the spinal cord is an important structure of the nervous system that carries both internal and external sensory information, these are transmitted to the brain and who emits a motor response.

Explain Christian attitudes to the treatment of criminals
amm1812
Well, you cannot base your answer off of what (EVERY) Christian would think, but some of them are forgiving, just as the bible says to do, and they would try to help them. As to where some Christians who do not follow the laws of the bible, they judge and do not forgive. But all in all, criminals do not have the best rep, and most of the time deserve where they are supposed to be. So, most Christians would stay away, but pray for them.
