When ice is added to the water, there will be an energy flux from the water to the ice.

How does heat flux work?

When we have a system with two objects of different temperatures, to reach equilibrium, a flux of energy (heat flux) will go from the hotter object to the cooler one.

When we add ice to the warm water, the hotter object is the water and the cold one is the ice.

Then, energy flows from the water to the ice, in this way the temperature of the ice increases while the temperature of the water decreases.

Finally, both ice and water will have the same temperature (actually, probably the ice will melt into water).

Which one of the following chemical equations does not correspond to a standard molar enthalpy of formation?.
o-na [289]

There are different kinds of theory. The chemical equation that does not correspond to a standard molar enthalpy of formation is c. N₂(g) + O₂(g) ⇒ 2 NO(g).

What is standard enthalpy of formation ?

The standard enthalpy of formation of any element is known to often occur in the standard state that is zero of that element.

For example, even though oxygen can be found as ozone (O3), O2 is the known to be the most stable form.
