In actually there is a presence of water droplets in atmosphere in the form water vapor.

Explanation:

suppose we take a medium size cooking utensil and put water in it up to the half of utensil and heat it. Then after some time water vapor come from the water and cover the water vapor with any plate and then we see that water droplets is coming from the plate. so, it is real that there is a water in the atmosphere in the form of water .
