This is a change in perspective as the couple loses the reason to live, the orphans give them a new hope and reason for continuing living. This is touching for people and it's also very strong.
Finally in <em>"Wave" by Dale Wisely </em>there is a poem about water as an element that gives life and that is strong as a literary image but that is not always so memorable as the images related to natural disasters and family stories.
