iren [92.7K]

Answer:

A story about a doctor who tracks and treats the outbreak of a virus.

Explanation:

This is the most likely answer to the question. In this passage, we see that the doctor and the reporter are talking about the likelihood of an epidemic. The doctor states that the prevalence of international travel makes pandemics more likely. Therefore, the story that we decide to write has to be related in some way to epidemics and the impact that international travel has on them. Why are there so many rules in parliamentary procedure about how motions are brought up and recognized?
777dan777 [17]
A parliamentary procedure has so many rules so as to carry out its main goal of reaching the best decision without bias.

If motions are brought up and are directly recognized without rules, do you think everything will be deliberated properly?
The organization strictly follow parliamentary procedure in order to reach a group decision with the least conflict. Therefore, everything can be narrowed down to "peace and order".

It's all for peace and order.
