<u><em>Answer:</em></u>

<u><em /></u>

#1

I don't know what you guys read to summarize so I'm gonna leave this one to you. :P

#2

a)  The executive branch is one of the three branches of government. This branch is responsible for carrying out and executing said laws. This branch also contains the president of the nation along with the vice president and other committee members.

b)  The president is the elected ruler of a nation.

c)  Checks and balances is a way to say that the nation's governing authorities have been divided into three separate branches to balance the power each branch has over the other while also maintaining the fact that no singular power overwhelms the force in any terms.

#3

The executive branch has the president who acts as the leader of the state and the entire nation. He/it is responsible for enforcing laws, rejecting laws, negotiating treaties, granting forgiveness for crimes, and appointing judges. These are also the power that this branch holds. The limitations or the restrictions that this branch has are getting approval from the Senate, the president's rejection or veto can be overwritten, etc.

#4

(I feel like I answered this question)

The US Constitution created a government system where it is divided into branches to have an equal share of power among the government itself. The three different branches are the legislative, judicial, and executive. This separation of power is also known as the checks and balances which effectively applies a democratic society among individuals out there.
