I am pretty sure the answer is C. Don't take childhood for granted. He feels like he did in his childhood, but he dismissed it when younger.

A quote from the paragraph says,"<span>He supposed that, if he had ever thought about that deep-running aquifer of energy as a kid (he could not recall that he ever had), he would have simply dismissed it as a fact of life, something that would always be there, like the color of his eyes . . . ."

That is why I think the answer is C. Don't take your childhood for granted. </span>

Sonnet 100 is a poem by William Shakespeare, in which he wants his muse to immortalize their love. Thus, option B best represents the central idea of the sonnet.

<h3>What is 'Sonnet 100?'</h3>

Sonnet 100 is part of the 154 sonnets written by William Shakespeare from the Fair Youth sequence that expresses the lover of a young man for her lover. The central idea that the writer wants the readers to understand is about immortalizing the lover's love.

In the sonnet, the poet is having a conversation with his muse and asks her about her whereabouts and whether she forgot her purpose of giving inspiration to the poet.

The poet wants her to return to him and immortalize their love before they get old and die. He wants to make up for the time they have wasted and wanted to redeem the love and asks for her help.

Developments that changed the human beings from roving hunters to people living in fixed communities are climate change, discovery of agriculture and herding.

Explanation:

The change in the way of life of human beings stated with climate change - ending of the Ice Age 10.000 years ago. This turning point in human life, what scientist now call <em>Neolithic Revolution</em>, allowed more tempered regions to develop which influenced various edible crops to start to grow and in sufficient profusion for all people.

Need to have enough food and to be safe led humans to discover <em>agriculture</em> and <em>domesticate animals</em>. Discovery of agriculture, and its change through time, allowed humans to settle in one place and have enough food for everyone. Humans also had an impulse to keep animals near by, now that they have settled, and they started penning them in order herd them and have meat supply.
