could someone help me out a bit I'm not quite sure what to say on the friends part so if someone can give me an example in Spanish it'd be very much appreciated ​

In the letter you have to talk about two of your other friends.
Example: we are gonna pretend that your friends are Pedro and Maria, so, you have to talk about them with the Spanish exchange student.

“Pedro y Maria, son dos de mis mejores amigos, son ese tipo de personas con las que puedes reír hasta que te duela el estómago”

Basically something like that.
