The setting should be enhanced by other components of the play, not by the dialogue, dialogue has as main purpose to frame characters and reveal parts of them that the audience wouldn´t otherwise see, pushing the story forward without being obvius and creating tension. But enhacing the frame it´s not a function that dialogue fulfills.
