I'm not sure how to work this out, can someone please explain to me?

6 1/2 hours. So basically you would do 55- 9.50 to get 45.5. You than do 45.5/7 to give you 6 and a half hours. I subtracted the fee first because you need to find how much you can spend without it. You than divide it to get the max number of hours
