By Process of elimination:
Military Service is a bit of a good answer, you can get employed, but you really aren't housed, per say.
The Castle is off limits because if you're a non-farm worker, you will get rejected the moment you ask to stay.
The Feudal Lord? why? just....
why?
Medieval Town fits better because you can find MANY jobs here, and there are many spots for a hotel- or inn, as they called it, or to buy a home.
