what is a good site to help this image not look so pixelated and foggy that is a free site and easy to use because i cant fine o

ne and i'm so tired of my computer camera being so pathetic and most the sites i find just dont make it into the right file so yeah i need it to be a pdf please help

Just for reference, on Brainly, I think if someone includes links in answers, they could be reported. Some of the photo editing props include Pixabay, Adobe PDF, and WIX (photo editor). I'm pretty sure most of the sites you can choose which format to download the edited photo.
