The FDR's New Deal is a plan to appropriate federal emergency relief to highway projects that would both benefit the state’s infrastructure and combat unemployment. The deal was to ensure the employment of the greatest number of men.

The then President's view of government intervention was for change which was transferred to the national level less and before one year, when he prosecuted his New Deal policies.

Therefore, every plan has its positive and negative sides. However, the positive sides of the deal outweighs the negatives and actually addressed the issues at hand.
