What is "second" argument for anti-suffrage?

History

Answer:

Well, for one, women didn't really want the right to vote (at least not all -- anti-suffragettes were not in favor). One of the major reasons that they did not want the right to vote is that it could bring them into conscription or other war-related activities (which anti-suffragettes were not particularly fond of). Domestic life also seemed more amiable for a lot of women, who were not particularly interested in the state of politics.

As for general anti-arguments, you have the fact that many people did not believe that women would be as knowledgeable on voting/politics as men (also why rich and high-class women were given the right to vote before those who were of a poorer class).

A company that holds complete control over an industrys production wages and prices
vagabundo [1.1K]

Answer: I'd guess fast fashion brands like Shein or Rowne.

Explanation: Shein has been exposed for child labor, underpayed workers, terrible working conditions. Rowne is the same thing. Child labor, underpayed workers, sweatshop factories, they also copy other designers and artists designs and claim them as their own. I'd double check all of these though to be sure. Hope this helps :)

¿Por qué fueron las colonias importantes para Inglaterra?
blsea [12.9K]

ENGLISH:As a result, for the most part, the English colonies in North America were business ventures. They provided an outlet for England's surplus population and (in some cases) more religious freedom than England did, but their primary purpose was to make money for their sponsors.

SPANISH:

How did the Cold War impact other nations besides USA and USSR ??
Mashcka [7]

Answer:

Third world countries became the perfect battleground for cold war proxy battles during the early 1940's to late 1990's. United States wanted to flex its political muscle and try to curtail the spread of Soviet Communism in the developing nations.

The period of the Cold War transformed the European continent between the late 40's to the early 90's. ... However the Marshall plan demonstrated the first real divide in Europe as the Soviet Union forbade nations in it sphere of influence to accept marshal aid.

Asia was drastically affected by the cold war. The Korean war divided Korea at the 38th parallel, making it into North and South Korea. ... Another big player in the cold war in Asia was Vietnam and the fight against communism that killed 58,000 American soldiers, and an unnamed amount of Vietnamese soldiers.
