Disagree u can get a job at the age of 16 and have good hours and a good check you don't really even need schooling I say all u need is up to the 9th grade Get and GED then move on with ur life unless u want a long life

1 is grammatical but 2 is supposed to read as "I am not so rich in the present" not "at present" and 3 is fine.
"At the present" wouldn't make much sense (To me)
