The author of <em>"Sarah's Decision"</em> used information in <em>"What Fuels Your Cells?"</em> to show that the time and place of <em>"Sarah's Decision"</em> were at the nick of time when the storm was overflowing the riverbank and when a great decision must be made to save lives.

<em>"What Fuels your Cells" </em>shows that the human body builds and repairs itself from the food we eat. Food contains nutrients, helping the body heal and maintain itself.

<h3>How are the human cells fueled?</h3>

Human bodies are fed by nutrients from food. Malnutrition shows a lack of proper and balanced nutrients in the body. To become healthier, the human body requires a variety of food items.

Principally, oxygen converted from food nutrients, fuels human cells, tissues, muscles, and organs.

Thus, it is imperative to make the right decisions to ensure that the right food nutrients are obtained for the body to be adequately nourished.
