Answer:

The events that explain the border differences between these maps are the Oregon territory and Mexican Cession.

We can infer the presence of certain differences between the borders of the varying regions in the maps which are the Oregon Territory, Mexican Cession, Gadsden Purchase, Disputed Texas Territory, and the Lonestar Republic.

Border differences pictured on the attached maps are the number of resources present in the separate regions.

For example,

The Oregon Territory possessed few resources, such as few gold mines.

Little south shows the Mexican Cession which is abundant in gold, coal, and a bit of oil.

Britain and the U.S. made claims to the Oregon territory. Though to avoid war the president, James Polk agreed to take the boundary at the 49th parallel.

When Mexico was not able to continue the war with the U.S., Mexico accepted the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. This creates a huge amount of land. It is known as Mexican Cession.

Therefore, The events that explain the border differences between these maps are the Oregon territory and Mexican Cession.

Neporo4naja [7]

A cotton gin is a machine that quickly and easily separates cotton fibers from their seeds, enabling much greater productivity than manual cotton separation.[1] The fibers are then processed into various cotton goods such as linens, while any undamaged cotton is used largely for textiles like clothing. The separated seeds may be used to grow more cotton or to produce cottonseed oil.  The modern cotton gin is made from seeds it grows from seeds unlike the cotton gin that separates the seeds
