How do political systems rise, develop and decline ?
Marianna [84]

Answer:

I'll answer this as best as I could. I really hope this helps.

Explanation:

Political systems are formed when a group of people in a civilization begins to form social classes, with the elite at the top and making decisions and laws. They continue to rise when the political system of one civilization begins to branch out to other civilizations, but they also decline when that political system is overthrown by another, or if they experience a mass decline in public opinion.
