for someone to be a good leader, they would need to be responsible, understanding, a good listener, and a fair person. You do not want a leader who will not listen to your thoughts or opinions. You also don't want a leader who will not understand the thoughts you and others might have. Rather they agree with them or not. (I wrote this myself). Brainlist please/
