The bottom of the line is a Minimum, the bottom of the rectangle is the Lower-Quartile, the line inside the rectangle is the Median, the top of the rectangle is the Upper-Quartile, the top of the line is the maximum.
Here is what I estimate the values to be given the positions of the line (may be off by 3-4).
Group 1:
- Lower Quartile: 37
- Median: 41
- Upper Quartile: 50

Group 2:
- Lower Quartile: 60
- Median: 80
- Upper Quartile: 92

We can tell A and C are obviously wrong. I favor choice B over D because the Lower Quartile of Group 2 is closer to the 20s than 10s away from the Lower Quartile of Group 1.

Can you solve 4 + 2/3 x = -5 in fraction form?
guapka [62]

Answer:

\frac{-27}{2} = (-13)(\frac{1}{2})

Step-by-step explanation:

The given equation is 4 + 2/3 x = -5

Taking variable on one side and constants on other side, we get

-9 = (\frac{2}{3})(x)

x = (\frac{3}{2})(-9) = \frac{-27}{2} = (-13)(\frac{1}{2}) = -13.5

The number in decimal form is given by -13.5

The number in fraction form is given as \frac{-27}{2} = (-13)(\frac{1}{2})

ruslelena [56]

Answer:

<h3>           m∠BAC = 80° </h3>

Step-by-step explanation:

m∠BCD = 145°  ⇒  m∠BCA = 180° - 145° = 35°

From ΔABC:

                    m∠ABC + m∠BCA + m∠BAC = 180°

                         65° +  35° + m∠BAC = 180°

                                  m∠BAC = 180° -  100°

                                   m∠BAC = 80°

Solve the inequality 4(n-3)- 6 &gt; 18
Sonbull [250]

Answer:

n>9

Step-by-step explanation:

4(n-3)- 6 > 18

To solve this inequality we need to remove the parenthesis

distribute 4 inside the parenthesis

4n -12 - 6 > 18

Now combine like terms

4n - 18 > 18

We need to isolate 'n', so we add 18 on both sides

4n > 36

Now divide both sides by 4

n > 9

So the value of n is greater than 9

On a trip, you had to change your money from dollars to British pounds. You got 560 pounds for 800 dollars. How many pounds will
leva [86]
<h2>Answer</h2>

210 pounds

<h2>Explanation </h2>

First, we are going to find the exchange rate from dollars to pounds.

We know form our problem that 800 dollars are 560 pounds. so:

\frac{560pounds}{800dollars} =0.7 pounds per dollar.

Next, we are going to multiply our exchange rate by the number of dollars we want to change, 300:

300dollars*\frac{0.7pounds}{dollar} =210pounds

We will get 210 pounds for 300 dollars
