Well, what I can say about teamwork is it very important. Do you know this old saying? "2 brain work better than 1 brain". teamwork is like working with a group of people to reach a shared goal or outcome in an effective way while taking everyone idea not only your's. It isn't about shining as an individual. Instead, it's about having the best outcome possible through the use of cumulative effort. As well as focuses on the end goal.
