United States citizens should be able to vote by mail to stop systematic oppression by lawmakers to prevent people from voting. Voting is a fundamental right to citizens, and there should be no actions that prevent one from making their voice heard. So, if a citizen cannot leave their house due to illness or cannot risk getting sick, they must be able to vote from home.
