Mechanoreceptors
Mechanoreceptors are sensory receptors that respond to physical formations of membrane generated by touch, stretch, pressure, motion and sound. The mechanoreceptors in the cochlea of the inner ear are the most sensitive in the human body. The mechanosensory stereocilia vibrates when sound waves pass the cochlear fluid and transduce sound into nervous signal.
Depending on your tolerance to any type of drugs is how they will determine, your weight may be a factor but if you are still having pain after a certain amount of time they will up the dose of the medicine
