If you were staging the play, would you include a flashback like this? Why or why not?

   If you were staging the play,  I would include a flashback like this. I would because it shows how the characters were connected in the first place. It shows what they had together before their encounter of seeing each other in the bar that happened in the beginning of the movie.      I feel like it is a way to connect with the audience and it would help the audience visualize what happened in Rick's past with Ilsa.
