What is the purpose of breathing exercises?
postnew [5]

The answer is C. Breathing exercises helps the body with the lungs and gives more oxygen to the brain to think more clearly and calmly, thus to "settle" the body/mind.

It is clearly not D because breathing exercises has no negative effects like "decreasing sense of awareness", that is just absurd.
A and B are not true and endorphins and adrenaline are not released during breathing exercises.
