Hope you are doing well. I am highly disappointed with your habits. You are always eating junk food, which is very unhealthy.

Junk food never gives you nutrients but just loads and loads of calories. Other than calories, they are rich in unhealthy fats which increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, obesity and diabetes.

You should take care of your health as you have to work on your dreams and achieve a lot. Change yourself and take care.
