The main activities and processes of e-commerce involve the activities of buying and selling a product or service traded over the internet.

These are the types of interactions between sellers and buyers and e-marketplaces. The main ones are:

  • Business to Business (B2B) are business transactions between companies.
  • Business to Consumer (B2C) is the most common, between business and consumer.
  • Consumer to Consumer (C2C), commerce between consumers.

Therefore, through the marketplace, the e-ccomerce in their different configurations, attracts specific audiences with greater speed and reach, enabling greater negotiations and positioning.
