What is the rhyme scheme for the poem The Lover Showeth How He Is Forsaken of Such as He Sometime Enjoyed, by Sir Thomas Wyatt.
julsineya [31]
Answer : <span>ABABB CC

The Lover Showeth How He Is Forsaken is a 20-line poem with an "ABABBCC" rhyme scheme.  The message of the poem is about the people who went to him for food but surprisingly become wilder than he thought. One instant is when a woman tried to seduce her and he blamed himself for her actions because he might have treated her in a way that gives her an idea to act like that. The poem also uses different literary devices such as sarcasm, alliteration, personification and inversion.
