Why were eyes painted on the outside of the coffin?
vodomira [7]

According to ancient Egyptian belief the deceased could see through the coffin, they placed eyes in the same position where they would usually sit on the deceased because after they died they eyes would decay so they could no longer tell where they were.

They were basically painted there so that the eyes would be more easily located after the person had died.

How do the feelings of the crew members change throughout “The Rime of the Ancient Mariner”?
Deffense [45]

Answer: Their feelings change depending on the way they see the albatross.

Explanation:

<em>''The Rime of the Ancient Mariner”</em> (1798) is a poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. It portrays an old sailor and supernatural events that he experiences at sea, upon killing an albatross.

When the crew members perceive albatross as a sign of good fortune, they get angry with the Mariner because he killed it. On the other hand, when they view the bird as the cause of bad weather, they are satisfied because it is dead. Finally, the crew members realize that they are punished for the death of albatross, and are mad at the Mariner.

I need your help y'all
natali 33 [55]

Scouring the internet and the back of my brain for information;

You can start by saying that both Germany and the US have done bad things, but that doesn't necessarily mean the people are bad/bad altogether or as a whole. Be inclusive with your ideas and try to compare them as much as possible to get a sense of correspondence between the two. Then move on with your text. For example, you could start by asking a question [Are Germany and the US awful on their own?] and then responding to that question with an answer [Not necessarily because...]. Afterwards, do a bit of comparing and then move on with your text.

Hope this helps you out. Feel free to ask for more information and I will offer you more support/help on your problem. <3

"It's not easy to...," Myra started to explain. <br> Is this sentence correct or incorrect
Grace [21]

Answer: I think it's incorrect, because they put a comma at the end of her sentence. It had a '...' already there, so why put the comma? Just what I think. I'm not entirely sure, though.
