They were not allowed to list Madoff himself in any marketing materials because he was not registered with the SEC and neither were the ones working under his orders.

He did not want to draw attention to himself because he knew what he was doing was illegal and when attention was eventually drawn, it was not his name on the line because his name wasn't listed anywhere.

C. Judges cannot be removed from office; elected officials can be removed from office.

The judges have more independence and autonomy in their work, so much so they cannot be removed from office at least they go against the constitution, on the contrary, elected officials can be removed, investigated or penalized from office by the attorney general's office if they commit grave offenses.
