Victory means to be undefeated, in other words, winning and not losing.

You may hear terms such as: "Victory dance!" or "Lets celebrate this victory!"

They all refer to a <u>positive</u> moment, and means to win or achieve a certain thing. You will also hear this term a lot in video-games.
