Answer:

Babies have around one trillion brain connections by the age of three years old.

The top three factors that contribute to brain connections are:

1.- motor early stimulation.

2.- language early stimulation

3.- music-playing sessions early stimulation.

Explanation:

All right, to understand this question we need to remember a few things.

First of all, the size of a neuron is 0.1 millimeter and the size of a baby's around 341 cubic centimeters. Also, it is believed that babies born with 100 billion neurons. So, that is a perfect fundament to support that babies can have around one trillion brain connections by the age of three years.

Now, the best contributor to brain connections is Motor early stimulation, because babies born without a sophisticated motor ability and they need to discover movement to survive, which will stimulate amazingly nice brain connections because there will be different connections to move a single finger. Therefore, motor early stimulation will make them develop a high number of connections.

The second best brain connections' contributor is early language stimulation. The reason this is so important is that the cerebellum is coordinated with neocortex and many language brain zones that connect when a language is learned. They keep growing the more we know about that language and the more languages we know. So it is also a very impressive way to simulate brain connections.

The third one is playing and music sessions activities. Why? well basically because playing and music involve 4 major brain stimulants. Language, sound, movement, and interaction. Thus it is a very powerful tool to develop brain connections.

according to sociologist doug mcadam, what must occur in addition to organized collective action in order for a social movement
dimulka [17.4K]

Answer: New threat or perceived opportunity

Explanation:

According to sociologist doug mcadam, a new threat or perceived opportunity must occur for a social movement to arise. It's been realized by him that what will spur or arise the intentions of a group of people to achieve a goal that was either forgotten, dead or a new one is by a new threat or a perceived opportunity. In most cases threat tends to spur individuals to take situations serious and would want an outcome.

What evidence from Chapter 8 suggests that Jem has stopped thinking of Boo Radley as a source of danger while Scout hasn’t yet c
frutty [35]

Answer:

Jem chose not to return the blanket so as to save Boo Radley from getting into trouble with his father. He told Atticus "<em>I swear to God he ain’t ever harmed us,  he ain’t ever hurt us, he coulda cut my throat from ear to ear that night but he tried to  mend my pants instead… he ain’t ever hurt us, Atticus"</em>

Explanation:

In Harper Lee's novel "To Kill A Mockingbird", the residents of Maycomb seem to all have a common understanding not to get too involved with the Radleys. They, including Atticus Finch, also tell their children to not disturb them. That was how the Radleys came to be regarded as something to be abhorred.

But Chapter 8 shows the realization of not only Jem but Atticus himself that Boo Radley was far from who they had been thinking he'd be. One such evidence in this chapter is the fire scene where all of Maycomb had come out to help put out the fire from Miss Maudie's place. Atticus had asked them to stay put at the Radley's gate where they stayed till everything was over. So engrossed were they with the scene that they did not even realize Boo, who was a recluse, had actually ventured out of the house to put a blanket over Scout who must have been feeling cold. This shows how sensitive Boo is, not forgetting he was the one who had left those numerous 'gifts' at the tree hole and had also mended Jem's torn pants before. In his decision to not return the blanket to him, Jem's action signifies he doesn't want Boo to be scolded or even have any hard time with his father for his kindness to Scout. This incident made Jem realize Boo Radley is not a source of danger, which Scout still didn't.

How you can show your supervisor that you are ready for more responsibility.
marissa [1.9K]
If you want to show your supervisor that you are ready for more responsibility I suggest taking more initiative at work - sometimes doing additional tasks without being asked to do so. Since taking responsibility can also mean more work, this would show your supervisor that you're ready for this.
