The first question “How do his language and words connote aggression” is simply asking for words or phrases he used that might have the purpose of arising anger. Such as comments of death and blame onto the Ethiopian people. The second question is asking for language he is using to try to rally the Italian people. Such as speaking about how great Italy is.
