Which of the following is a skill that would contribute to someone’s academic identity? researching marketing negotiating networ
sweet [91]
Well, basically, you need all of them in all types of careers, but the point here is that for an improvement in the academic identity, you need research skills, because you have to write papers that need to have verifiable theses which you come by only through research. And you also need to do research to be able to do any writing, since you need to know theories and other people's works on the specific topic you are writing about.

Who is riding in the carriage with the speaker in Emily Dickinson’s poem “712” (“because I could not step for death”)
Amanda [17]

Death

In the poem the speaker says, "The Carriage held but just Ourselves – " At the very beginning of the poem the speaker personifies Death. When she says, "Because I could not stop for Death - He kindly stopped for me". This idea that Death stops for the speaker, personifies Death and makes him a character in the poem. This means that "Ourselves" refers to the speaker and Death.

Some people have argued that since Death is personified, so is Immortality and therefore Immortality is also riding in the Carriage with the speaker and Death. However, this is not a widely accepted interpretation.
