81+121=x^2
x^2=202
x=14.2

Answer:

a^{2} + b^{2} = c^{2}

a and b are legs, c is the hypotenuse

9^{2} + 11^{2} = c^{2}

81   + 121 = c^{2}

202 = c^{2}     ( square root each side  \sqrt{202}

14.2126704036   = c

c = 14.2

2x - 3 = x - 2

2x - x = - 2 + 3

x = 1
