King George III speaks to Parliament of American rebellion
On this day in 1775, King George IIIspeaks before both houses of the British Parliament to discuss growing concern about the rebellion in America, which he viewed as a traitorous action against himself and Great Britain. He began his speech by reading a “Proclamation of Rebellion” and urged Parliament to move quickly to end the revolt and bring order to the colonies.

Answer: The constitution is created to have almost equal branches with certain checks and balances. The Legislative branch has the ability to create laws but cannot enforce them. The Legislative Branch creates laws, regulates interstate and foreign commerce and controls taxing and spending policies. However, because the branch is made of many politicians the branch has to vote on everything with a 2/3 majority. Making it almost impossible to have a tyrannical power over America and the other Branches.
