The crossing over is a process that is essential to human genetic diversity. During the crossing over parts of the homologous chromosomes ( two chromosomes identical by structure, but different in origin, one inherited from the mother and one from the father) randomly exchange parts of their sequences.
If the crossing-over didn't exist, this would greatly decrease the genetic diversity, because the chromosomes would always bee passed o the next generations unchanged.

Ocean water is sinking at the North Atlantic Buoy Station. What happens when water of a high density sinks?
svp [43]

Answer:

Ocean water is sinking at the North Atlantic Buoy Station the given things have occurred.

Explanation:

The way of thermohaline course starts at high scopes, where cold seawater sinks due to its generally high thickness.

In the Northern Hemisphere, profound sinking to 2000-3000 meters happens just in the North Atlantic, not in the North Pacific on the grounds that the waters of the North Pacific are freezing and not as salty as the waters of the North Atlantic.

In this way, Earth's profound sea bowls are loaded up with waters from the northern North Atlantic and those that sink close to Antarctica.
