Answer:

18t >= 78

Step-by-step explanation:

Not sure if there's an equals sign in the problem that you were given, but there should be. The 18 in the inequality stands for the hourly wage. The t stands for hours worked. 18(wage) x t(hours) has to be greater than or equal to 78 in order for Martin to at LEAST $78 per day. :)

The mean of the data is 11

now we find the difference between the mean and each number
1, 2, 3, 0.5, 0.25, 1.25, 1.

now we square the numbers
1, 4, 9, 0.25, 0.0625, 1.

now we find the mean of the new numbers
which is 2.1875

2.1875 is your standard deviation.

DaniilM [7]

Answer:

AB_{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : A_{3}B_{9}

To Find : Which represents the empirical formula forA_{3}B_{9}?

Solution:

Definition of Empirical Formula - A formula that gives the simplest whole-number ratio of atoms in a compound.

A_{3}B_{9}

To reduce it in simplest form

Divide the subscript numbers by 3

So, the resultant : AB_{3}

Thus the empirical formula for A_{3}B_{9} :

AB_{3}

If P( A or B) = 2/5, P(B)=1/4 and <br> P( A and B) = 1/10 find P(A)
natulia [17]

Answer:

p(a) = -3/20

Step-by-step explanation:

p ( a +b) = p(a)+p(b)

1/10= p(a) +1/4

1/10 - 1/4 = p(a)

p(a) = -3/20

Can you help me understand front end and clusters when u round
Galina-37 [17]

Answer:

I really hope this help! Some may call it front end rounding while others call is front end estimating, even though they mean the same thing. When rounding a place value, you need to look to the number to the right of it. Example: Most often a teacher may as you round the number 452 to the nearest ten’s. That number will than be 450. But why? Well as we look at the number, we know we need to round to the nearest ten. So in our case it would be 52. Our rule to remember when rounding is 5 and higher we round-up. Since we are looking at the portion of the number 52, we go right of the tens place to find the number 2. Since the number 2 is not 5 or higher, we round down making it 50. Don’t forget to finish the problem by adding the hundreds back to the original number. Your answer for this problem is 450.

Step-by-step explanation: I really hope this helps i will post the rest in the comment!
