Hey friend!
I recently went on a school trip to Washington D.C. It was amazing and full of iconic monuments. I wished you were there, but your not in my school. You should have seen the white house! It's more than three stories high, though I'm not sure why its called a house because it looks more like a building. I hope you can come visit by sometime this year, maybe we could take a one hour drive down to Washington D.C sometime. Well anyways, see you friend.
Sincerely,

Although both murder and euthanasia result in the death of a person, these are very different concepts.
Euthanasia is a practice in which a person's life is purposely ended with the intention of relieving pain and suffering. Euthanasia, therefore, is usually administered to people in terrible conditions, insufferable pain or who suffer terminal diseases. This is a difference with murder, which can take place regardless of the conditions of the person.
Another important difference is that for a death to be considered euthanasia, the person has to consent for his life to be ended. This can also be called assistive sui.cide.
In terms of the law, courts treat these two situations very differently. Virtually all nations that have a code of law condemn murder and punish those who engage in such a practice. Most countries also consider euthanasia to be illegal. However, a number of countries have passed laws to make euthanasia legal under certain circumstances.

What is institutional robbery?

Institutional robbery refers to a robbery occurring in a commercial setting.
Institutional robbery involves "taking or attempting to take valuable items from the care, custody, or control of a person or persons by force or threat of force or violence."

Answer and Explanation:
Temporary Restraining Order:
Temporary Restraining Order abbreviated as 'TRO' is generally issued in situations demanding immediate action. Courts usually issue TROs on the basis of affidavit from those people or person whose interest needs to be protected or can be harmed. These TROs are issued so urgently that sometimes they do not even provide a chance for the other party to respond.
Preliminary Injunction:
Unlike Temporary Restraining Orders, Preliminary Injunctions can't be carried further without providing the opportunity to the other side to be heard and respond. Generally, Preliminary Injunctions are summoned only after the other party has its say on it or we can say that these are usually issued only after complete trial or after the default or consent of the other party.
