Answer:

First, check for wounds and see if there is blood coming out of it.  If there is wounds that are bleeding heavily, try to find something to stop the bleeding like your shirt, jacket, a rag, or a towel.  See if the victims heart is beating.  Do this by puting your fingers on the victims neck.  This is how you check to see if the victims heart is beating.  If all the wounds are patched up and not bleeding and the heart is not beating, start CPR.  If you don't start to hear the victims heart beating or if he/she is breathing, start to do mouth to mouth until help arrives.

check for wounds then CPR

I would check for wounds cause they could have a puntcured lung cause of the breathing or a chest cavity if they do I  will bandage the wound the contiue with cpr.
