How and why do people change their mind
alukav5142 [94]

Answer:

I dont know if this is an optional choice question if so this is probabaly wrong on the ABCD scale so you can report this but otherwise if not:

People make up there mind with the knowledge of there own opinions and what is factual to them so to change there minds is because it is based on other peoples opinions and this makes sense ( the easiest way to explain it is as if its a filter going through this persons brain and them identifying if this is factual to them or not in their opinion) to them so, after they go through this process of proving this other information that they held so kindly to there truth, wrong this suddenly changes there mind. By what they think is factual enough to believe at least to them. It can be different for everyone else.

How did a weak national government lead to the conditions at valley forge
pishuonlain [190]

It was the time when there was a weak federal government and the states were rendered with more powers than the Union government. Valley Forge is the third military camp which was set near Philadelphia.

George Washington led the continental army and he chose that specific place due to the strategic benefit that he could keep an eye on the British army which was stationed there. Americans built log huts in order to protect themselves but unfortunately before the commencement of the battle, American troops confronted deficiency of food and ammunition supply and many soldiers died being impoverished.

This was due to the sheer laxity of the continental congress which did not have command to govern the army during the war.
