<h3>Given ↓</h3>
  • The following equations → y=3x-2, y=1/3x-3, y=x,  y=3, y=0 and y=3.

<h3>To Find ↓</h3>
  • Which two lines are parallel?
<h3 /><h3>Calculations ↓</h3>

In order to find out which two lines are parallel, let's find the slope of each line first.

The slope of the line y=3x-2 is 3.

The slope of the line y=1/3x-3 is 1/3

The slope of the line y=x is 1

The slope of the line y=3 is 0

The slope of the line y=0 is 0

Now, if two lines have the same slope, they are parallel to each other.

So if a line's slope is 0, the line parallel to it has a slope of 0.

<h3>So the parallel lines here are ↓</h3>

y=0 and y=3

tis always a good idea when factoring to start off with a quick prime factoring.

\begin{array}{llll} 52&=&2\cdot 2\cdot 13\\\\ 77&=&\boxed{7}\cdot 11\\\\ 91&=&\boxed{7}\cdot 13\\\\ 124&=&2\cdot 2\cdot 31\\\\ 217&=&\boxed{7}\cdot 31 \end{array}
