The people that were targets of Booth's conspiracy on April 14, 1865, were Secretary of State William Seward, Vice President Andrew Johnson, and President Abraham Lincoln.The Booth's conspiracy was the plan perpetuated by John Wilkes Booth to kill US President Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was assassinated by him on April 14, 1865, when Lincoln was watching a play in a theater in Washington D.C. The conspiracy also contemplated the assassination of the Secretay of State Wiliam Seward and the US Vicepresident Andrew Jackson. Seward was only wounded and Johnson was never attacked.
