To find net change, subtract $f(a+h)$ from $f(a)$

Net Change is,

                         $=\frac{4}{a}-\frac{4}{a+h}\\\\=\frac{4(a+h-h)}{a(a+h)} \\\\=\frac{4h}{a(a+h)}$
