We study history to learn from it. If we study history and decide to learn from the mistakes of the past we can make sure we don't make the same mistakes in the future. History has made almost every mistake possible and we have the choice to listen to it or not. If we listen to history and not twist the facts we are more likely to succeed in the future. We can see what went wrong and apply it to our lives. We make mistakes in our lives and we learn from them. We should do the same with history.

helped wear down the freedom of African-Americans after the civil war because
it didn't announce many of the laws that were intended to harass
African-Americans as unlawful. It even supported separation when it confirmed
that the doctrine of separate but equal was a constitutional right.</span>
<span>Installment plans helped the American economy to grow during the 1920’s. As more modern appliances were being produced, installment plans helped people who were not rich to be able to purchase these items. Because the middle class was able to purchase these items, demand was high which created more jobs for people in factories and more opportunities for companies to grow.</span>
