"The Best We Could Do" is actually known to be memoir that was written by Thi Bui. The memoir reveals the life of Thi Bui's parents before and during the Vietnam War.

Scilla [17]

Hello!

During the siege, many residents of Vicksburg lived in caves to protect themselves from the constant bombings of the Union against the city from both the ground artillery and the naval artillery of the Union fleet, which was bombing from the Mississippi. In that siege they were gradually reduced to eating horses and mules, and then dogs, cats and rats.

I hope this can help you.

What is a communist country? I will give brainliest to the simplest answer, or for the most understandable answer that doesn't u
aliina [53]
A communist country is a country that follows the ideals of communism. Communism comes in 2 forms: Economic and Political. Communist countries tend to use both.

Political Communism says that everyone shall be equal. Everyone will have an equal amount of power to everyone. And in the case of property, the government takes all of it, and distributes it as equally.

Economic Communism has everyone working for the same wages, so there is no poor, middle class, or rich. There is a set wage for everyone. The garbage man makes the same amount as the doctor, who makes as much as the fast food worker, who makes as much as the psychiatrist.
