King Louis XVI called a meeting of the Estates-General for the first time in over a hundred years. At the Estates-General, each

estate got one vote, which meant that 98% of the population got only one vote. The "majority" of the three estates decided that the Third Estate should pay 100% of the taxes to help the country raise money. But the people of the Third Estate thought this was ridiculous. Why should they have to pay when the nobles had so much more money? The price of bread already took up half of a poor person's daily pay. The Third Estate would starve if they were taxed more.
After that meeting, the Third Estate created its own government, the National Assembly. On June 20, 1789, the members tried to meet and found that King Louis XVI had locked the doors to their building. Desperate to have their meeting, members of the National Assembly went to a local tennis court. There, they swore the Tennis Court Oath, vowing that the future government would be a democracy. The power to govern would come from the people and not from a king.

Why did the National Assembly swear an oath on a tennis court?

A
because they believed tennis should be the national sport

B
because they wanted to meet outside where King Louis XVI could see them

C
because King Louis XVI had prevented them from meeting inside a building

D
because they wanted to prevent the First Estate from playing tennis

Ivanshal [37]

This best illustrates the feel-good, do-good phenomenon. In addition, experts have discovered that the more people do acts of altruism, the higher they raise their self-worth and raise their gladness. As an outcome, this makes them want to endure to do a more optimistic loving habit which then makes them feel even better about themselves and makes them want to do even more acts of altruism and headlong the upward cycle goes.

In what ways is the dominant ideology of the united states evident in the nation's literature, music, movies, theater, televisio
weeeeeb [17]

The dominant ideology in the US is a mix of many doctrines, what forms it is a combination of many essential aspects: the ethnicity, different cultural influences, religious beliefs, attitudes towards different foreign cultures integrated inside the country and the behavior showed towards its acceptance.

Nevertheless, the American population in general values the most individuality and freedom, privacy, equality, value and respect of each other use of time, assertiveness. The most influential philosophical theory that still in many ways prevails in the American people is the Stuart’s Mill utilitarism who believed in the theory of equality and liberalism. He thought the higher the good, shall belong to the greater commonality. (most of the people); freedom of election, freedom of action and property is  a significant issue to him, as long as the ownership of the item harms none; there is a definite limit among persons, for John Stuart Mill that never should be trespassed: that is the own person (the body) and their thinking (that is called today the fixism).
