The scramble for Africa was a historical injustice where Europeans decided to invade sovereign states and make it theirs, with the main aim of amassing wealth.

<h3>What was the Scramble for Africa?</h3>

THis was the unjust division of Africa among Europe's political elite to go in, conquer and colonize parts of Africa and make use of their wealth as they wished.

This was agreed to in the Berlin Conference which was presided over by Otto Von Bismarck, the Prussian Councillor/Prime Minister and he with other European leaders divided Africa among themselves.
