To find the volume of a rectangular prism:

  ⇒ must know the formula

       $Volume = length*width*height$

        ⇒ basically all the side lengths multiplied together

Solve:

 $Volume = 2\frac{1}{2}*2*1\frac{1}{2} =\frac{5}{2}*2*\frac{3}{2} =\frac{15}{2}units^3$

Answer: The volume is 15/2 cubic units
